Hello! I’m Lauren S. Wales, licensed midwife and licensed massage therapist.

I’ve been in birth and bodywork for a little over 2 decades as a full spectrum doula, midwifery advocate, licensed massage therapist, community researcher & now I’ve opened my practice as a licensed midwife offering community midwifery & homebirth in central FL.

I also offer licensed massage therapy for all bodies, specializing in perinatal, abominopelvic, scar work, newborn massage & CST.

I’m the mother of one adult daughter who was born at home in the water, & I’m married to the love of my life, who is a therapist. In my free time I like to garden & make herbal medicines for family, friends & clients. I am a 3rd generation perinatal professional.

I believe in weaving evidenced based care with culturally responsive traditional practices for all families. I have a particular focus on those who desire a sensitive approach, such as LGBTQIA families, disabled people, single parents & those who need a strong reproductive justice advocate in their corner.
